Pre-Order NowDough Joe Bakery is a micro-cottage bakery born from a love of baking with wholesome ingredients. Located in the Bread Shed in Johannesburg, near Gaylord, MI, we use a unique sourdough starter made from local Northern Michigan fruits like huckleberries and blueberries.
